all rape cases should not be put under one category. Forced rape should be a cause of concern and law must fast track them to punish the guilty to the severest. Two adults staying together in live-in for long with their own understanding, and suddenly the woman files a rape case, that's absurd. Putting such cases into the rape category is severe injustice to the actual heinous rape cases.

I totally disagree with these figures. Most are made by ladies who after slee with a guy for some time, she feels he is not going to marry her, and she goes on to file a rape case. That is NOT rape, but a broken promise. If that was rape then in the rest of the world all over, there would be millions of FIR's registered each and every day. Having said all this I am a supporter for death penalty in public view, for any violent type of rapes we have recently read about in India.
