They will move to India too if allowed and produce far more cheaply than the current bunch of Indian steel makers, that too using imported iron ore and coal which Indian steel-makers are forever crying that it is costly, even after the crash in prices. Cheap steel is good for Indian economic growth as it helps produce infrastructure, goods and services through value-added uses. Cheap steel should be welcomes whether from domestic sources or from imports.
