how sad, the other pilot knocks to save himself and all but in vain, must investigate if the other pilot had some terror links or was medically unfit, this is a wake up call for plane makers to have a mechanism to open the door with some secret code from outside or make a small space to pee inside...

May be the other pilot had heart attack! Solution to the door problem might be that the doors should have digital lock with code only known to the two pilots and may be air stewardess.

In many crashes it happens like this .Why is it that the senior pilot goes out and the junior pilot is not trained well to handle emergency .Had the pilot gone to look at beautiful passengers or to chat with cute air hostesses.This shows utter carelessness of pilot
.In many other cases same thing happened .Why cannot the door be opened from outside by the pilot .The pilots are not meant for "enjoying the sight of beautiful faces "They should be serious about their job .Otherwise the plane would come down and the souls of passengers would go up.
