Day 1 in Shanghai was a Sunday & it was a perfect day to buy some groceries & to have a look & feel of the city (how it moves, what it eats, etc). Decided to buy Metro Cards & then, went to Wallmart with some friends. Wallmart was more or less similar like US only, but a bit smaller in size & with more non-vegetarian options to eat. Though, I couldn’t dare to eat anything despite being a non-vegetarian myself.
到上海的第一天是周日，当天很适合去买一些生活用品，并感受一下这座城市的气息。
我们买了地铁卡，然后和一些朋友去了沃尔玛。
当地的沃尔玛跟美国的类似，就是小了些，非素菜的选择多了一些。
虽然我不是素食者，但是我都不敢去尝一下。
Taking ride in Metro was good- they have similar metro like India. But, the size of the train is almost double of the metro available in Delhi. Plus, the stations are quite far from each other (unlike Delhi where train stops even before taking its full speed). One more noticeable thing was that the Shanghai Metro boasts less of advertisements inside compartments as compared to trains in US.
搭乘地铁的体验不错，当地的地铁跟印度类似，就是地铁列车几乎是德里地铁的两倍大。
另外，地铁站间隔很远（哪像德里地铁还没加速到最快就要停了）。
另一个值得注意的是，上海地铁车厢内部的广告比美国的更少
the architect of this road collected the emboss of coins from various countries & put it there across the road....
One can see Indira Gandhi, East India Company as well...Though, Indira is spelled "incorrect"
这条路的设计师收集了世界各国硬币，当做浮雕图案刻在公路边上。
可以看到英迪拉甘地，东印度公司，不过英迪拉的拼写错了
Samosa se bade momos....
though, not as tasty we get back in India.
没有印度国内的好吃
every thing that has ever lived....... is a food item here...
