I guess not even a single item out of this good looking dish is a vegetarian. Please correct me if I am wrong. Would appreciate if someone can even name them (with contents inside them). Tried with lots of effort to talk to someone in Wallmart, who can speak english...but, in vain.

No, Not at all. I tried a few chicken dishes & some Indian Restaurants as well.
