海德拉巴小伙着眼于新纪录，一小时自拍1800张
HYDERABAD: "Selfies aren't just a girl thing. Boys click selfies too," declares Hyderabadi Bhanu Prakash Racha, who is set to challenge NFL star Patrick Peterson's Guiness World record of 1,449 selfies in an hour. The 24-year-old is confident of clicking 1,800 selfies to make that record his own at a city mall on September 18.

It was Dwayne Johnson's feat — of clicking 105 selfies in three minutes — that inspired Bhanu to take up the selfie challenge. In May this year, Bhanu was on his way back home from work in a bus when he heard a few youngsters talking about Dwayne Johnson's world record. "It immediately struck me that it's a guy who did this. I mean people keep saying selfie is a very girly thing, but here Dwayne Johnson was doing it. And I knew I was up for it now," says Bhanu, who admittedly clicked 120 selfies in three minutes the very next with his colleagues at work place.
