安纳哈扎尔：免除农民的贷款是浪费公款
PUNE: Amid the clamour by political parties to waive off loans of farmers in drought-affected areas, social crusader Anna Hazare has expressed his opposition to such waivers, saying they were a waste of taxpayers' money.
各政党吵着要免除受干旱影响地区农民的贷款，然而社会改革家安纳哈扎尔对此表达了反对，他说这是在浪费纳税人的钱。
In a special interview to TOI on Wednesday, Hazare said, "Loan waiver is just a political gimmick to gain votes. It is a waste of public money. Loan waivers have not helped farmers in any way in the past. In fact, such waivers make the farmers dependent and helpless. The government should not consider the demands for loan waivers (made by the opposition)."
在接受《印度时报》的特别采访时，哈扎尔说：“免除贷款只是政党为了拉选票的政治伎俩，是在浪费纳税人的钱。过去，免除贷款并未对农民有任何帮助。其实，免费贷款使得农民产生依赖性，变得无能。政府不应考虑（反对派提出的）贷款豁免的要求。”

Yes I agree fully .first ensure they do not get caught by loan sharks .Next is situations of crop damage sue to draught or floods provide them the grains and staple food - it better than reporting food rotting in godowns or rodents ( Actually persons) have eaten .Think how we can make them pay in times of good harvest . Loan waiver at a cut is worse

Let the farmers understand that land aquisition bill brought by Modi govt will actually do many goods. instead of debt they will have surplus funds. they may buy cheaper land elsewhere and do farming with latest techniques. Land aquisition law will also do good to common man by providing him with new hospitals schools roads factories etc. Noone will die of dengue for the shortage of resources. But morons like Rahul Pappu Gandhi Kejriwal Hazare protested that bill. WHAT AN ANTINATIONAL GESTURE by these loaf ers.

agree. this freebie culture is damning. its a votebank gimmick and nothing else. money should have been sp3nt on making check dams and canals. also the river interlinking project seeks to avoid drought like situtation but congrrss did not ever pursue this. sharad pawar and company want to urinate in dams like his nephew said.
