Don't say all our Hindus in US eat beef....Many of my relatives and friends don't eat meat at all let, alone eating beef..
We respect the Cow because of its usefullness and India is mainly an agrarian country and animals linked to agricultural activities have a different consideration than other animals like Pig and sheep.
