印度再次呼吁IMF和世界银行进行紧急改革
LIMA: India has reiterated its call for quota reforms in the World Bank and International Monetary Fund, a top official said on Sunday.
"India called for governance reforms in both institutions to reflect growing share of develo countries in global GDP," tweeted economic affairs secretary Shaktikanta Das, who attended the IMF-World Bank annual meetings here.
印度再次呼吁世界银行和国际货币基金组织进行份额改革。
印度呼吁两家机构进行改革，要反应发展家在全球GDP不断增加的份额，在秘鲁首都利马参加IMF和世界银行年度会议的印度经济事务秘书长Shaktikanta Das说。
"Both institutions highly appreciative of policy steps of India," he said.
他说，两家机构高度赞赏印度的政策措施。

India needs to reform its taxation, Now a days in south India a labor earns Rs 700 to Rs 1000 Per day in the state of Kerala, he enjoys all his earnings, He does not pay tax instead he gets rice for Rs 2 per kg free electricity water etc etc and who pays for them a person who earns less than this man as he is educated and have a jobs which is regularized, Is't it unfair and unjust, Do the government tax the auto ,tax etc etc
印度应当进行税收改革。
如今在印度南方，比如在喀拉拉邦，一名工人一天的收入是700-1000卢比，收入全部归自己，不用交税，大米一公斤2卢比，水电免费。
而那些有正当工作的人收入反而更低，难道这是公平的吗。

The IMF voting is based on the capital contribution used to set up the IMF not based on the GDP. If India wants its own rule, go set up a BRIC bank and make your own voting rights.
IMF的投票权是根据资本认购来确定的，不是根据GDP。
如果印度希望自己制定规则，那就成立一家金砖银行，并确定自己的投票权

Expecting and asking for reforms in IMF,UN,World bank is very good. But We must try reforms in our own systems, such as reservations based on cast,slow judiciary process,indecent talks by politicians, slow action by police on rape crimes, less incentives for farmers etc.
指望IMF和世界银行进行改革是好事，但是我们也得对本国制度进行改革啊
比如种姓预留制、司法程序、政客有伤风化的言词，警方处理强奸案时拖拖拉拉，给农民的激励措施不够等。
