Indian mentality is like Indian Railways business moto - high in quantity (population) but very poor in quality. The overall genetic core of Indians is low quality. Also the quality of engineer graduating whether in US, India or elsewhere is drop significantly

Just like medical education, the mushrooming engineering colleges in India churn out engineers that many work as electricians and office staff rather than pursuing for what they are trained for!!!
