NEW DELHI: The second phase of the odd-and-even scheme could be announced as early as next week. The Delhi government had on January 27 sought the opinion of citizens on bringing back the scheme. Chief minister Arvind Kejriwal is scheduled to return from Bangalore on Sunday and expected to go through the survey data on Monday, said sources. "A decision on when to conduct the next phase will be taken then," they added.
单双号限行机制的第二阶段最早会在下周公布。德里政府已经在1月27日那天就恢复该机制而征求了公民的意见。首席部长Arvind Kejriwal计划于2月7日从班加罗尔归来，有望于第二天审查这些调查数据。“到时候会就什么时候执行下一阶段而做出决定。”
