Should keep 999 or 911 which most of the countries use and if a tourist needs help dont have to waste time to find out 112. Or just retain 100 and use the money saved to inform that 100 is now the all service number.
应该保留“999”和“911”这些号码，毕竟大多数国家用的是这个号码

Though the idea of giving a common number is an welcome one let the exsting numbers be available or to be linked with the new number till such time the new number gets registered with the users. Do ensure it is properly attended 24 x 7 without any out of order/busy tone while dialing which is normally faced by the callers !!!

Good move to do away with a whole lot of numbers for different emergencies and replacing them with an easy to recall single number.
