A short eight second video has revealed what's perhaps the most disgusting dorm room in the world.
The video, reportedly filmed in Guangzhou, south China, showed a room that's almost completely covered with rubbish, with barely any room to move.
Even more shockingly, the person filming the footage could be heard saying 'the smell has already driven away two people', according to Huanqiu, an affiliate of People's Daily Online.

The footage, filmed on March 6, surfaced online last week and soon gained attention of hundreds of thousands of web users.
The university has not been named.
In the short clip, the person filming the scene in the dorm room, reportedly a female students' accommodation, walked in from the entrance.

Perfectly normal and acceptable in China. They think we're disgusting for blowing our noses into handkerchiefs instead of just hawking it into the street, I've even seen them do it in restaurants.

Long ago I was in university and I had two people sharing my room and they happen to be Chinese! Nothing wrong with that I thought! In till I lived with them for a month! They were the most cluttered dirty people I've ever met! They kept everything dirty the room smelled so bad because of rotten food that they refused to throw away! I finally got sick of it and demanded them to clean it! They had the audacity to tell me that I should clean it for them because they didn't know how to "keep up with cultural standards"! If you can't even pick up a rotten banana then you need to pack up your bags and go home! (I finally left that uni and was admitted to a better university thank goodness!!!)
