WASHINGTON: Amid the US' push to expand cooperation with India in the space sector, the country's nascent private space industry has expressed its opposition to the large scale use of low cost ISRO launch vehicles for putting American satellites into orbits.
美国推动与印度在太空领域扩大合作，然而该国刚出现的私营航天业表达了对大规模使用ISRO低成本运载火箭把美国卫星送入轨道的反对。
Such a move, corporate leaders and officials of the fast- emerging American private space industry told this week, would be detrimental to the future health of the private sector US space companies. They feel it would be tough for them to compete against low-cost Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) launch vehicles, which they alleged are subsidised by the Indian government.
本周，快速崛起的美国私人航天业的企业领袖，对立法议员说，此举对美国私人航天公司的未来是不利的。美国私人航天公司认为，要和ISRO低成本运载火箭竞争是困难的，后者疑似接受了印度政府的补贴。
"I think the concern about using Indian boosters is not so much the transfer of sensitive technology to a nation that is a fellow de ocracy, but rather whether the Indian launches are subsidised by the government to a degree that other market actors would be priced out of the market," Elliot Holokauahi Pulham, CEO of Space Foundation, said.
“我认为使用印度运载火箭，并非是担心敏感技术转移到一个民*国家的问题，而是印度代为发射的ISRO受到了政府的补贴，某种程度上市场上的其他竞争者因价高而被挤出市场。”太空基金会的CEO说。

In U.S. Now some companies want Role of NASA too and showing they can do better than NASA with Less Cost they can do same Project. But ISRO is Launching at much cheaper cost. So this outsourcing is not digested well by these organization. Its Business. Sensitive technology transfer etc. is Up to U.S. Government. They are crying because they are loosing business on this :-) If they will Launch cost will still 4 times more. If NASA will do same thing Cost will be 8 times More :-)
