AMRITSAR/CHANDIGARH: For Mohinder Singh Gill and his wife Dalinder Kaur their wish of having a child took nearly 46 years to come true.
对莫新德·辛赫·吉尔（Mohinder Singh Gill）和他的妻子达尔金德尔·卡武尔（Dalinder Kaur），生下孩子的愿望终于在46年后成真。
On April 19, 2016, the couple had a male child, whom they named Arman (meaning wish/ desire). This was after Dalinder underwent two years of in vitro fertilization (IVF) treatment at a fertility clinic in Hisar. The couple's own egg and sperm were used for fertilization and their newborn weighed 2 kg at birth. The clinic claimed that Dalinder is 72 years old.

In 2008, a Haryana woman Rajo Devi had become world's oldest mother at the age of 70 after the birth of a girlchild.

Its really sad when I see old childless couples opt for medical intervention rather than adopt a child. If you are really devout, why cant you consider every child as God''s gift and adopt an orphan child?? What if God intended you to do that?
