Today Education has been completely commercialized. Their main intention is just to make money and not to spread the education among the poor students.

Well, what did you expect? Private educational institutions providing education for free to the masses? It just ain''t going to happen. In most developed countries it is the state govt. which takes on the responsibility of providing primary and secondary school education up till grade 12. All post secondary (college & university) education are mostly private with some govt. assistance. In India the quality of govt. provided primary and secondary school education is poor so private institutions fill in the gaps. Further commercialization of education is no different from commercialization of health care in India.

No one is thinking about the quality of education. Everyone is running just not to get behind in race. Not even thinking whether they are gaining some knowlege or not.
Studying anything in school and colleges but doing something else in jobs......
what the hell it is???????

Speak sense
And it did not happen only in this two years.... it is the development from last 6 decades....

The numbers above give an average of 1 teacher per 30 students in school or 23 students per class in college.. All BS..

We may find it hard to swallow - but it is the British that brought us modern education. Mughals build the Taj Mahal (with not just sweat, but with a lot of blood as well), but did nothing for the people. British had Cambridge and Oxford when Akbar was ruling, and we had .. nothing. Nothing at all. But then, the British were not on an altruistic mission either - so their education was fit, as was aptly said, to create ''peons''. This is not the depressing part. What was pathetic is that Congress didn''t do anything to change our education system for the 60 years they ruled virtually unilaterally. For, you see, there are significant advantages to a clueless population for a leader who is herself corrupt. So India has been unlucky in education for several centuries. And it may be us who are to blame. While we can excuse the populace for our underperformance till 1947, after that the continued underperformance is strictly due to stupid voting patterns.
