公路轮奸惊栗，3名被告的身份确认
NEW DELHI/BULANDSHAHR: The Uttar Pradesh government on Sunday swung into action and rushed top officials to Bulandshahr, where a woman and her daughter were gang raped+ by a gang of robbers. Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav has given "24 hours time" to SSP Bulandshahr to crack the case while directing disciplinary action against policemen of the area.

The UP CM has also directed principal secretary, Home, Debashish Panda and DGP Javeed Ahmad to monitor the case, an official spokesman said, adding the CM has asked officials to initiate "stern action against the guilty so that no one could dare to do such an act in future". The two officials inspected the spot of incident.

"Three of the accused involved in the incident have been identified by the family," UP DGP said talking to reporters in Bulandhshahr.

The incident which occurred on Friday night when the family from Noida was from travelling on the Delhi-Kanpur National Highway 91 sparked outrage in the country with the opposition parties alleging that "goonda raj" was at its peak in Uttar Pradesh and governance had collapsed.

UP police have formed 15 special teams to crack the case. 15 suspects have been detained+ and are being questioned.
"15 suspects have been detained. Main accused has been identified. He belongs to nomadic tribe involved in criminal activities. Special teams have been formed to crack the case," said SSP Bulandshahr Vaibhav Krishna.
The family had started from their Sector 68 home after midnight and were going to attend the terahnvi (rituals held 13 days after a death) of a relative.

As they neared Dostpur village, the robbers who were hiding in the bushes along the road flung an iron rod at their car that hit it with a clang. The driver slammed the brakes and got down to check for damages. This was when the attackers emerged and took the family at gunpoint.

事件发生在北方邦，距离新德里以南约65公里处。当地警察主管乔德哈里(Daljeet Chaudhary)表示，一群劫匪被控于7月30日凌晨在繁忙的公路旁，拦截了上述家庭的汽车。
受害的母亲对警察讲述说，她与14岁女儿被拉出车外，拖到田地里，然后遭到6名男子性侵。
车内的4名男性家庭成员称，歹徒用绳索将他们绑起来，攻击并性侵了母女二人，并洗劫了财物。

You will be surprised knowing that Police of the district is so corrupt that they never file a complaint for crimes like Motor theft from tube well pump, animal theft, and many other crimes. In fact they become very happy whenever, there occur murder or crime like this. They would take bribe not only from murderer but victim family also to peruse the case.
