迫于社会压力，青年强奸犯只好娶受害者，然后25000卢比卖掉婚生的孩子
BAREILLY: A 25-year-old woman has alleged that a man who raped her in 2014 and later married her under pressure from the elders when she delivered a baby later sold the infant to a childless couple for Rs 25,000. In her complaint to Bareilly SSP, the woman who is now divorced said she wants her daughter back and the man punished for the crimes.
Deputy inspector general Ashutosh Kumar said, "The charges levelled by the rape survivor are grave and we will make sure that the matter is probed by a woman circle officer and all angles are investigated."
一名25岁女子指控称，2014年有一名男子强奸了她，她生下了一个孩子，在长辈的压力下，那名强奸犯娶了她，不过后来孩子被以2.5万卢比的价格卖给一对无孩子的夫妇。
这名女子现在已经离婚，她希望要回女儿，希望那名男子受到刑事惩罚。
The woman told TOI, "It all started in 2013 when I got in touch with Shavez who was a trader of embroidery work. I was working as zari artisan and he used to frequent my house. He got into a physical relationship with me on the assurance of marriage. But once I got pregnant, he started threatening me of dire consequences if I narrated my ordeal to anyone or approached police for help."
After pressure from society, the woman was married to Shavez. But he later sold their infant daughter to a childless couple for Rs 25,000, she alleged. According to her, he later divorced her and forced her into remarrying a middle-aged man who was father of seven kids. "I somehow managed to escape from him" she said.
女子对印度时报记者说，“一切是从2013年开始的，我认识了当时还是织绣商人的夏伟兹。我当时是一名技工，他经常来我住的地方。在承诺结婚的前提下，他和我有了关系。然而一旦我怀孕了，他就开始威胁我，说如果我向别人诉苦，或者向警方报案，我将面临可怕的后果。”
在社会的压力，女子只好嫁给夏伟兹。不过，夏伟兹后来把女儿以25000卢比的价格卖给了一对无孩子的夫妇。据女子说，丈夫后来和她离婚，并逼她嫁给一个中年男子，而这个中年男子已经是7个孩子的父亲。她说，“不过我最终逃脱了。”
The woman finally lodged a complaint at Premnagar police station in June last year and an FIR under IPC's section 376 (rape) was filed, following which the youth and his family conceded to an agreement with the woman fearing police action. However, as soon as the police filed a final report in the case, the youth turned down the terms of agreement leaving the woman feeling cheated yet again.
去年6月，女子最终以强奸罪向警察局报案。由于担心警方采取行动，男子及其家人做出让步，同意与女子达成协议。
然而，警方就此案给出最终报告后，男子又拒绝了协议条款，使得女子感觉再次被欺骗。
The woman has now filed a complaint with the SSP and wants a probe into the incident. "I have been suffering for the past three years and want this ordeal to end. I want Shavez and his family to be booked for making me suffer and my child be returned to me," she said.
女子现在希望对此案进行调查。“我已经忍受3年了，希望这个痛苦经历能够结束。我希望夏伟兹和他家人被立案调查，希望孩子能回到我身边。”

Ok, so this is not really rape. They had physical relationship which both enjoyed, but the man did not want to marry her. Only in India is this considered as rape. Foolish woman could have gone for an abortion when he refused to marry. How can someone force anyone to marry someone? What kind of loveless marriage will that result in? These village elders should also be punished for suggesting this stupid idea in the first place.
