IndiGo航班机长在孟买机场附近发现无人机
MUMBAI: A commander of an IndiGo flight, which was on its final approach to land in the Mumbai airport, reportedly saw a drone flying at a distance from the aircraft on Tuesday.
Currently, drone flying is banned in India.
据报道，IndiGo航空一航班准备要降落孟买机场时，机长发现远处有一架无人机

The said incident occurred around 5.55 pm when the Delhi-Mumbai flight 6E 755 was minutes from landing in Mumbai. "The pilot saw a blue and pink colored drone flying about 100 feet below the aircraft, about 3.5 kms eastwards," said a CISF official.
据称，当地时间下午5:55，距离德里飞往孟买的 6E 755航班降落孟买机场还有几分钟。

The Directorate General of Civil Aviation had called for the ban, which will be in effect till the time rules and regulations for flying of drones aren't put in place.

However, the use of drones by government agencies, like the police, isn't banned. But to maintain air safety, flying of drones and other such objects near an airport or near the aircraft approach path is not permitted.

Drones are a threat to our airspace and people. They can turn into weapons in the hands of terrorists. So, we have to regulate use of drones by general public and increasing use by e-tailers for delivery of their products. This will put the security at grave risk.
