日本女游客在喀拉拉邦海滨城市被强奸
THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A 35-year-old Japanese woman was allegedly raped by a man from Karnataka at Kovalam here, police said on Saturday.
The accused, Teja (25), was arrested based on the woman's statement. His family runs a handicrafts shop at Kovalam, police said. A case was registered against him under IPC Section 376 (rape).
特里凡得琅：11月27日，警方称，35岁日本女人疑被来自卡纳塔克邦的一名男子强奸。
在受害者的供述下，被告泰贾（25）被捕。警方称，被告的家人在科瓦兰开一家手工艺品商店。目前，警方以强奸罪对这名男子进行了立案。
The incident allegedly took place on Friday night, police said. The woman, who was injured and bleeding in her hotel room, was rushed to hospital by the staff, police said.
After receiving a tip-off from the hospital authorities, police collected information from the woman and arrested the man. The woman had arrived in Kovalam on Friday police said.
事件发生在25日晚上。被强奸后，女子受伤，在酒店里流血，被工作人员紧急送往医院。
收到院方的报告后，警方从受害者了解信息，然后逮捕了那名男子。
警方称，受害者是25日抵达科瓦兰的。
