BEIG: Welcoming India and Pakistan into the SCO, today dismissed apprehensions that their differences could disrupt the unity of the grou saying its charter strictly prohibits members to bring their bilateral hostility into the organisation.
今天欢迎印度和巴基斯坦加入上合组织，同时驳斥了这样的担忧，即印巴之间的分歧也许会破坏上合组织的团结。表示，上合组织的宪章严格禁止成员国将双边敌意带入组织中来。
"As a founding member of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO), we are very happy about the membership of India and Pakistan," 's Assistant Foreign Minister Kong Xuanyou said at a ceremony at the SCO headquarters here to formally admit the two nations as new members of the grou.
“作为上合组织的创始成员国，我们非常高兴看到印度和巴基斯坦的加入，”在上合组织总部里正式承认两国成为新成员国的仪式上，外交部部长助理如是说。
