Amazing not a single arrest connected to non payment of bills, except the supplier. Earlier claim by government saying lack of oxygen was not the reason, then why this supplier.

It''s either the the hospital authority or the bureaucracy above who is responsible for the death of the children. Utter senseless logic to arrest this man who is doing oxygen supply. Hospital authority should have arranged from somewhere else had they been knowledgeable about the outcomes.
