"As per the agreement, farm loans up to Rs 50,000 would be written off, putting an additional burden of about Rs 20,000 crore on the Vasundhara Raje government. The loan waiver announced by UP chief minister Yogi Aditya Nath and his Maharashtra counterpart, Devendra Fadnavis, had cost the two state governments Rs 36,000 crore and Rs 34,000 crore, respectively." How will such waver solve the problems of farmers, needs to be debated in parliament and a policy must be formed to consider any such waiver . Common people do not take such actions of Govt in good esteem and feel that their share is being given for free to others. There seems no full stop now on this trend, and it is apprehended that, other states soon shall follow this easiest route. Full logical justification therefore, must be published by govt for such waivers, failing which, this may prove counterproductive.

“根据协议，上限50000卢比的农业贷款会被免除（约等于人民币五千元）。这对Vasundhara Raje政府来说成为了一笔额外的经济负担。之前北方邦的首席部长Yogi Aditya Nath和他的马哈拉施特拉邦反对党，都宣布了免除农业贷款。这两个邦分别为此花费了3600亿卢比（约人民币360亿元）和3400亿卢比（约人民币340亿元）。”这些贷款免除如何解决印度农民们的问题？需要拿到国会上进行讨论，并对今后此类免除行为拿出政策来。普通印度民众不支持印度政府的这一举措并且感到自己的财产被免费送给其它人了。这一趋势目前来看还没有完全停止，这是可以理解的，其它的邦稍后也会遵循这一最简单的处理方法。所以印度政府必须对这类免除事件发布完全符合逻辑的正当理由。这次行动可能会影响生产力。

Recently I have noticed from the comments that the tide has turned against bjp. I see more negative comments against bjp more than congress. But my real fear is what Modi will do next to fool us to support him again like demonitisation. one more of such drama will destroy is for good

Waiver loan is a bad practice. We are in principle want to continue with all our bad practices. So new begng is not possible in India. Vote is ultimate aim. Hard decision have to be taken to prosper.

Only declaration that remains in paper and for publicity, but in ground, farmers are not getting any help from the Government and that is the reality. Why not govt. publish the helps given to farmers, district wise in public domain and through print media on monthly basis, so that citizen can understand whether govt. is sincere to help the affected farmers and the help reaches them in time.

Why do you guys opposing farm loan waive? Do you know, how much farming is costly? You are not ready to pay 500 Rs for 20kg wheat but ready to pay 500 Rs for deo or lipstick. Food is basic need for everyone. People should think that if there is no farmer than you have to pay 10 time higher money for your food to MNC''s as you are paying on cosmetics. So its time to support farmers. They are living very poor life. Think about it.

Although farm loan waiver is a bad practice, and will have an impact on GDP, the governments(both BJP and Congress) are going for all out effort to woo farming community, as it has been found that farmers wrath has witnessed several governments to fall in electoral process.
So far the Governments who waived farm loans.
Andhra Pradesh - 24,000 crores( 5 installments)
Telangana - 17,000 crores(3 installments)
UP - 34,000 crores(1 installment budget of 3.8 lakh croreS)
Punjab - 9,000 crores
Karnataka - 7, 000 crores.
Maharashtra - 32,000 crores
Rajasthan - 20,000 crores.
Please, discourage loan waiver.

虽然免除贷款是一项坏举措，并且会影响到GDP。但是BJP（人民党）和国大党都争相讨农民们的欢心。因为他们已经见识过了有多少政府因为惹恼了农民而在大选中失败。
迄今为止已经免除农业贷款的印度邦政府：
安德拉邦——2千4百亿卢比，分5期付款。
特伦甘纳邦——1千700亿卢比，分3期付款。
北方邦——3千400亿卢比，3.8万亿预算中的第一期付款。
旁述普邦——900亿卢比
卡纳塔克邦——700亿卢比
马哈拉施特拉邦——3千2百亿卢比
拉贾斯坦邦——2千亿卢比。
求求你们了，别再免除贷款了。
