It is a novel idea.The selection of the youth should be transparent and without any political involvement.It would be better if Japanese are also included in the committee of selection of the youth so that no irregularities can happen.

So japan is bearing the cost not bad as they will recover it from the bullet train project..if not govt will recover through GST....All the boasting about MAKE IN INDIA has fallen flat and now its only FAKE IN INDIA......Are these guys going to come back after 3 to 5 years no way..........
