Its too early days and India is a very uniquely made economy . There is no reason to toot high nor deplore the current trend . This statement has to be taken cautiously . Given the nature of Indian economic foundation we will surely bounce bAck and when we do we have to see if these changes really help us to speed up or slow a bit - but we surely will -
