This is within realm of possibility. It can be done. Reforms, growing investment, better infrastructure and complete focus on economic growth can make it happen. An average growth rate of 10% from 2019 onwards can take us to 4.5 trillion. Two exceptionally good years and with some help from good growth in world economy, this may not be a very far-fetched target.
