Purchasing Property not easy to general people. The Rates now too high & general people can't afford to think of any & GST etc.

Earlier buyer had to pay only stamp duty registration and mutation fees total about 8.1% of property value. Then 4.5%service tax. Now 6% CGST & 6% SGST..Now effective taxes and fees end up more than 20%..cheaper and simpler to purchase to property? Well u hv the maths now.

GST on houses ! now builders are demanding GST @ 6 % from home buyers. on one hand government is advocating house for all abd on other hand imposing tax on property. suppose you buy a flat for rs. 50 lacs tax is as under:-
1. registration charges : 7% of 50 lacs =3.5 lacs
2. 2% more of 50 lacs ((tehsil people says these are other expenses)= 1.0 lacs.
3. GST at 6% of 50 lacs= 3.0 lacs.
TOTAL = 3.5 1.0 3.0 = 7.5 lacs.
rules made by great governments. this government burdened the genuine flat buyers with 6% more tax.
some times it appears to me that looters have made various groups in the names of political parties to loot innocent people and enjoy. Irony of people is that we have choose the best looter every time.

现在建造商要从买家手里收6%的商品服务税。一方面政府想要让大家买房,另一方面又对房屋征税。如果你买个500万卢布的公寓,税费如下:
1. 登记费:500万*7%=35万
2. 500万的2%(据说这是其他花费)=10万
3. 商品服务税 500万*6%=30万
共计35万+10万+30万=75万卢布
规矩都是政府定的。政府让买房人负担了6%以上的税。
有时候我都觉得抢劫的人一群群的伪装成政党,对老百姓大肆洗劫。太讽刺了,我们老百姓只是在抢劫者里选择一个最好的。
