I agree why a country should not demand for fair trade. Corruption and mismanagement is the reason why our country is poor and backwards. It will never change. A country like America which grows everyday has the right to ask for fair trade. India will remain unorganized and corrupt atleast let countries which are growing grow.

Average duties in India is 40-50%. US trade duties are 5%. India has rules that prevent US companies from getting access. North Korea and India both do not allow Apple store. India wants Apple to make iphones in India to be able to open a store. US does not require that of any company. US must put punitive duties on India or stop it from exporting medicines unless it manufactures them in the US. India has always had a trade policy that is closed and thus India is not a member of APEC, ASEAN or any multilateral trade agreement. It always seeks to prevent access while wanting full access to other country''s market.

India is world's largest arms importer and USA is top arm exporter, earns billions of dollars. In return trade, India not even exports Sivakasi crackers to USA. What that white fat guy Trump talks about.
