Wing Chun is a bit different to MMA. It involves breaking limbs etc as a form of defence. It¿s not really something you can properly try on someone without seriously hurting them. It¿s more defensive than something you compete in.

I've never practiced wing chun (I practise kickboxng and Thai boxng) but from what I understand of wing chun, this was not a good representation of the art at all.

Sorry but tha Wing Chun master didn¿t really use any Wing Chun, also not wearing gloves puts him at a massive disadvantage. Bone on bone contact hurts hence bare knuckle fights were long but with very few punches to the head. However the MMA fighter did use Wing Chun techniques, the style is all about speed and flurries of punches to wear down your aponent rather than wasting energy throwing haymakers.
