It is sad that a man forces his wife for sex even when she is not feeling like it. It may not be rape in the legal sense, BUT it is a rape in moral sense. Sex is an act that has to be enjoyed by both parties and not just by husband. If the wife has a problem, the husband should not force himself upon her. That is moral act. BUT, unfortunately, in our patriarchal society, we assume that wife has to obey the husband no matter what. I hope the thinking would change with the new generation!

Being married in India does imply that there is implied consent to have sex according to the law and consent of the society as well according to cultural point of view... If a women does not want to have sex then there is no point in continuing the marriage.. they should take divorce..
