This proves how CONgress never bothered about our Brave soldiers. It took 10 years to strike a deal for bullet-proof jackets which is a most important requirement. This takes at least a year to manufacture or as usual some hiccups come in between. Looks like government takes another decade to get modern assault rifle to our soldiers. Congress is worst, but even BJP took 4yrs to sign a deal for bullet-proof jackets. Shame on all the political parties.

这就证明了国大党从来不为我们勇敢的士兵考虑。用了10年时间才达成了一项防弹衣的协议。看来政府又要花十年时间才能把现代突击步枪交给印度士兵。国大党是最糟糕的，即使是人民党也拖延了4年才签署防弹衣的协议。为印度各政党感到羞愧。

Kudos to governance and Modiji. It is high time that Modiji raise income tax by atleast 10 percent, of these 5 percent should be contributed towards the families of our brave jawans and another 5 percent needs to be contributed in equi them with modern weapons. People have started taking freedom for granted, this will help them to understand that freedom comes at a price and must never be taken for granted. Everyone must learn to sacrifice for the nation, period !
