Regulating working hours for doctors would ensure quality care and reduce negligence due to human errors. After all making someone work for 48 hours at a stretch can be dangerous for a patient and for the doctor!

Why do not the doctors/assistant simply ask the patient tpatient their name and their problem before starting any procedure or surgery? Or if the patient is not in such position, ask his relatives? This will ensure a double check and avoid further complications.
