It's a crane fly, the name Holorusia Mikado (if DM would do any research) makes it a crane fly which are very much NOT mosquitoes. They look similar bur crane flies do not drink blood so are harmless to humans and are clumsy fliers, they also grow MUCH bigger than any mosquito
