I don''t think there is any job safety in TCS... They recruit when it is required and also reduce the numbers during the lean periods... You may find very little percentage of people of long tenure... They keep hiring freshers to get the maxmum work and exploit them... Off course, their overheads may be lesser and they will make more profits... That''s how they grew to $100 Billion...
