Decision in one year....If its in India....it would have taken atleast 20 years and then in absence of evidences the crime could not be proved....hence not guilty......

The crime took place in March and quantum of punishment is pronounced on May .Unbelievable from Indian perspective. In India this could have taken 10 yrs for court to do the same. When in India judiciary will be fast?
