Only one answer to this question. We love rote. Right from memorising Vedic Mantras to math-tables. Nobody can defeat us for learning by rote. Our exam-based education system in India is still ruled by rote. Rote is king! If we want to become a productive nation, we need to change to creative learning and thinking.
