No way. Let us be honest. China is way ahead of us in many things. Defense, Economy, Manufacturing, etc. Yes, we are catching up and we will be the top 5 economies of the world in a few decades. But the question to ask is - how long can China sustain, and can OBOR resurrect its economy?

Even if India is not as powerful as China, China could never dare to fight. I have no doubt about this, nevertheless India needs to be prepared for any eventuallty.

If war errupt Chinese would 3 to 4 fold losses compared to India. To understand this take example of Pakistan and India war. In case of Indo Pak war India would suffer more because we have more venerable to loose.

So don't worry probability of war is 1/12 th compared to any odd time with China.

Well may be India is the most peace loving country in Asia but not the most powerful.

China is better in Economy and military equipment (I am not talking about war strategics or it army competitiveness).
