THE POLICE OR RBI SHOULD BOOK THE ATM MANUFACTURING MACHINES FOR THEIR LAPSES.

ATM机的设计是否有缺陷，才让老鼠进去了?众所周知，老鼠问题在印度随处可见。警方或储备银行应该将ATM生产商绳之于法，都是因为他们的失误。
