This is the second bridge or flyover collapsed during Mamata Governance in last 4 years. She is getting ready to blame CPI or Congress or BJP for construction and maintenance of these bridges. The blame game is on. BTW, she is absolutely doing nothing positive and constructive in West Bengal, therefore, she should not be blamed for this collapse of bridges.

Today, technology is very easily available to test, inspect and maintain such critical assets and equipments. But the whole system had something else as priority hence such incidents. This is how the CM, Mamata, is responsible.
