First trial run of bullet train in Gujarat before August 2022

The first trial run of the Mumbai-Ahmedabad bullet train will be carried out on the 50km stretch between Billimora and Surat before August 15, 2022, even if the entire corridor may not be completed by then, said officials of the National High Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL), the executing agency of the project.

印度全国高铁集团公司表示，孟买至艾哈迈达巴德高铁的第一次试跑，将于2022年8月15日之前在比利摩拉到苏拉特的50公里路段进行

The bullet train, which will run at 350kmph, will cover a distance of 508km in a little over two hours.

届时，高铁将以350公里的时速开跑，不到两个小时就能跑完全程508公里的距离。

The original deadline to start bullet train service was set on 2023, but it was advanced by a year to August 15, 2022 by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to mark 75 years of Independence.

原计划的第一次试跑时间定于2023年，为了纪念独立75周年，莫迪总理将这一时间提前了一年，也就是2022年8月15日。

What are the plans for next bullet train?. Railways must plan in advance, so the next train should start by 2024, 2026, 2028 , 2030 etc. Start the same from South preferably Chennai to Hyderabad via Vijayawada , which is a busy route and will cover 3 states.This will help to connect Chennai to Delhi , which is the longest route , in the next phase.

下一条高铁什么时候建？

印度铁道部必须提前规划好啊。

规划一下，这样到2024年、2026年、2028年和2030年，一条高铁接一条地开通。

从金奈修高铁经过维杰亚瓦达，到达海德拉巴，这条线路相当繁忙，经过3个邦。

然后下一阶段，再延伸到德里，成为印度最长的一条高铁。
