NEW DELHI: The Indian Air Force (IAF) is celebrating its 86th anniversary as October 8 commemorates the official foundation day of the force. The IAF, air arm of the Indian armed forces, has the prime responsibility of securing the Indian airspace as well as to carry out the aerial warfare during any clash.

10月8日这一天，是印度空军的成立日，印度空军在这一天庆祝其86周年纪念日。

印度空军是印度的空军部队，担负着保卫印度领空不受外来侵犯的责任。
