Things that irritates me while driving on Indian roads,

在印度公路上开车，以下最令人恼火

Honking:

I don’t know why people honk when they are in traffic signal when it is beaming RED, I don’t know what pleasure they get by doing this!!
Honking unnecessarily when the streets are dead empty, I guess these people were from royal families in the past so they miss that loud welcome they received!!

Honking when they are struck behind public transport which is stopped at bus stop for passengers to board.

Using loud and irritating horns.

按喇叭：红灯时，人们也按喇叭，实在让人搞不懂，这样子很好玩吗？

路上空无一人，也按喇叭。这些人是皇族的后代吧，怀念出行时的大阵仗欢迎？

前面的车停在公交站上下客，后面的车也按喇叭。

Road rage:

People stop their vehicles in mid of the road begin the shower of abuses over each other disrupting the traffic, please show little mercy upon other people, take your vehicles to sideways and settle the matter.

路怒：车水马龙的时候，把车停在路上，互相责骂。其实可以把车停在路边，好好商量解决问题。

Reckless Driving:
People drive at high speed in small lanes, which is dangerous as there is every possiblity that this sensless driving may pose threat to pedestrians walking in the lane especially aged people and children.

路小还开快车。对行人特别是老人和小孩构成危险，

Driving on wrong side of the road.

逆行

Pedestrians walking in the middle of the road.

走在马路中间

Well built potholes on the road, which have potential to break one's back.

马路上有一个大的坑洞，分分钟钟摔断你的脖子

Spitting on road while driving.

开车时往车外吐东西

Eating up road by making it as parking place

随意把车停在马路边上，占用马路空间

People must have little road sense while driving, it makes one to drive in peace. Most accidents happen due to ignorant and senseless driving.

Driving should feel like this:

not this!!

When it comes to irritants on the Indian roads, nobody can beat us. We have a wide array of irritations that can creep up on each one of us, between the time we leave the house till arrival at our destination.

比公路上的烦心事，无人能超越我们。

The traffic is already moving slow. Why? well there are many reasons.

A stalled bus on the street

车流行进缓慢，为什么？原因很多

路上一辆抛锚的公交车

Or a heavy load truck or a water tanker or a school bus !!!

也可能是一辆洒水车造成的，或者是校车造成的

or random checks by cops

或者是碰到警察检查
