DIBRUGARH: This Christmas Day, Prime Minister Narendra Modi celebrates the completion of a project his predecessor Atal Bihari Vajpayee inaugurated 16 years ago. The Bogibeel Bridge, India’s longest rail-cum-road bridge, on the mighty Bramhaputra, will be thrown open to traffic by Modi on Tuesday.
