Forex reserves fall by $446 million to $428.6 billion

印度外汇储备减少4460万美元，降至4286亿美元

MUMBAI: The country's foreign exchange reserves fell by $446 million to $428.604 billion in the week to August 30, mainly on account of a drop in foreign currency assets, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) data showed on Friday.

周五，印度央行的数据显示，受外币资产减少的影响，截止8月30日，印度外汇储备减少4460万美元，降至4286.04亿美元。

In the previous week, the reserves declined by a steep $1.45 billion to $429.050 billion.

而此前一周，印度外汇骤减14.5亿美元，降至4290.5亿美元。

The reserves had touched a life-time high of $430.572 billion in August this year.

今年8月份，印度外汇曾一度达到4305.72亿美元的高度。
