BENGALURU: Isro, which is still probing the exact reason behind Chandrayaan-2 lander (Vikram) hard landing has been analysing the image of the four-legged probe on the lunar surface since yesterday.

班加罗尔：印度空间研究组织(Isro)仍在调查“月船2号”着陆器(维克拉姆号)硬着陆的确切原因，自昨天开始ISRO一直在分析该探测器在月球表面的图像。

However, the agency has not been able to get a communication signal from the lander which went incommunicado just minutes before it's scheduled landing on September 7.

在9月7日按计划着陆前几分钟，该着陆器与地面失去了联系，ISRO无法获得着陆器的通讯信号。

While a scientist had told TOI late Saturday that the agency was looking at the image from the orbiter, Isro chairman K Sivan, on Sunday confirmed it. "We've had the image and we are analysing the data," Sivan said.

周六晚些时候，一位科学家告诉印度时报，该机构正在研究轨道飞行器拍下的图像，而Isro主席K Sivan周日证实了这一点， Sivan表示:“我们已经获得了图像，正在分析数据。”

"Once the image was taken yesterday (Saturday), we had to ascertain if the object we saw was Vikram. Then based on the latitude and longitude we checked old images from the same site. The old images didn't show any objects, while the new one showed an object, which is how we concluded that it was Vikram," the scientist said.

该科学家称：“这张图像是昨天(星期六)拍摄的，我们得确定我们所看到的是否是维克拉姆号。然后根据纬度和经度，我们检查了来自同一地点的旧图像。旧的图像上没有任何物体，而新图像上多了一个物体，我们推断这可能是维克拉号。”

This is surely a successful mission i suppose. The lander was only an add on i suppose. So forget it we have the orbiter which can still do a lot of work for ISRO. Nothing to get depressed about. We have achieved it! Look at the positive sides.
