The news comes just 10 months after ground was broken for the $2billion (£1.55 billion) complex in Lingang area, a high-end manufacturing park in Shanghai.

Cars are too low to the ground, a Tesla SUV starts at $80,000, that's crazy considering batteries don't last long in a hot environment. Vehicles are a liability, they depreciate, I'd rather put that money into something that increases in value plus Tesla's don't have manual transmissions, deal breaker.
