What can an individual Indian do? Vote, speak out, support reforms and peace. India is a de ocracy. You have as much right to speak as any other Indian.

You can also open a business that does business with a Pakistani business, thus improving employment in Pakistan.

You can also raise funds for non profit agencies that operate within Pakistan providing education and healthcare for poor people.

Nothing.

Absolutely nothing, its not just India but no country in the world can fix Pakistan, its just unfixable.... they have no respect either in the Middle East or the West or in their neighboring countries like India.

The only countries that can respect them are the ones like which is basically using them for some of its own needs. Beyond that, Army control and terrorism is highly rampant in the society where everybody blames and hates USA or India or in some cases both, so its quite impossible for that country to ever be developed.

I know this answer sounds very harsh but it has got to be believed. The country which has better climatic conditions than India, no possibility of a religious trouble, and also small in land area has achieved close to nothing since its independence other than hiding -n from the USA for years and carrying our major terror attacks, as compared to its bordering nation India which has achieved much more despite of having many troubles.

不是印度帮不了巴基斯坦，而是全世界没有任何一个国家帮得了巴基斯坦，那个国家简直是无药可救的。

他们在中东国家不受尊重，在西方也不受待见，在印度这个邻国更是遭到鄙视。

Actually this question is an oxymoron because Pakistan is an unnatural state that cannot develop as an entity. It can only be propped up by outside aid/charity, so any efforts at solidifying Pakistan's economic base means it is transformed into war and terrorism against India.
