DRDO successfully test fires laser-guided anti-tank missile from MBT Arjun

DRDO“阿琼”主战坦克成功试射激光制导反坦克导弹

NEW DELHI: Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) on Wednesday successfully test fired the Laser-Guided Anti Tank Guided Missile (AM) from MBT Arjun at KK Ranges, Armoured Corps Centre and School (ACC&S) Ahmednagar.

周三，印度国防研究与发展组织(DRDO)在装甲部队中心学院(ACC&S)的KK靶场，成功在“阿琼”主战坦克上试射了激光制导反坦克导弹(AM)。

Defence minister Rajnath Singh on Wednesday took to Twitter to congratulate DRDO on its latest feat. "India is proud of Team DRDO which is assiduously working towards reducing import dependency in the near future," said the Union minister.

印度国防部长拉杰纳特·辛格周三在推特上祝贺DRDO的最新成就。国防部长称:“印度为DRDO团队感到骄傲，他们正在努力减少对进口的依赖。”

On Tuesday, the DRDO had also conducted the successful flight test of ABHYAS—High-speed Expendable Aerial Target (HEAT). The flight test was done from the Interim Test Range, Balasore in Odisha. This vehicle can be used as target for evaluation of various missile systems.

周二，DRDO还成功对Abhyas导弹靶机进行了飞行测试，Abhyas是一种高速消耗性靶机（HEAT），可以作为评估各种导弹系统的目标。飞行测试是在奥里萨邦的巴拉索雷进行的。

India needs a better newer tank than the Arjun tank which s very heavy and cumbersome; many bridges can handle these heavy tanks which took 25 years to develop.
