PANAJI: In a peculiar remark, Goa chief minister Pramod Sawant on Saturday said that even if God himself became the Chief Minister he would not be able to provide government jobs to everyone.

帕纳吉：周六，果阿邦首席部长普拉莫德·萨万特称，即使是神当首席部长，也不能为每个人安排政府工作岗位。

"It is not possible to give 100 per cent government jobs to everyone. If tomorrow morning, even if God himself becomes the chief minister, it is not possible," Sawant said during a web conference with village panchayat representatives here.

萨万特在与村务委员会代表举行的网络会议上说表示：“不可能为所有人安排政府职位。如果明天早上，即使神成为了首席部长，这也是不可能的。”

Sawant was virtually launching his government's ambitious 'Swayampurna Mitra' outreach initiative, under which gazetted government officers are expected to visit village panchayats and audit the ground level implementation of state government schemes.

萨万特是在启动其政府雄心勃勃的“Swayampurna Mitra”推广计划，根据该计划，政府官员将访问村务委员会，并审计邦政府计划的基层执行情况。

"Their (unemployed) households should also have a Rs 8,000 to Rs 10,000 income. There are so many jobs which outsiders come to Goa and get cracking on... Our Swayampurna Mitras will also co-ordinate these chores like arranging for suitable minor jobs for the rural unemployed," he said.

他说：“他们(失业者)的家庭也应该有8000-10000卢比的收入。有这么多的工作机会，外地人来到果阿邦，也能找到工作…我们的“Swayampurna Mitras”计划也将协调这些工作，比如为农村的失业者安排合适的工作。”

This comes amid the reports of Goa's unemployment rate touching 15.4 per cent.

In general circumstances, government employees account 2-3 percentage of it's population. So naturally, 97 percent people can't get government job. As per my opinion, most of people crave for government job because job security, less work, more wages and opportunity of illicit income. Otherwise, talented, good performing in private sector can earn more than government employees' official income.
