Self driving cars should first be tested in India. If they work in India, they can work anywhere else in the world. So Tesla, Google, Baidu etc should start investing in testing their cars in India. At least that way, people may start to obey traffic rules.

that will be good but problem is that those cars are still quite expensive. A tesla model will cost around 40-60 lakh rupees minimum in India. That's out of reach of the majorities. But your thought is good. Actually Many Indians like me do not like to drive recklessly.
